The 6th Cyprus International Documentary Festival to take place 17- 23 July

From 17 to 23 July 2023 for the 6th consecutive year the Cyprus International Festival of Archaeological, Ethnographic and Historical Documentary (AEI Film Festival) is preparing to offer to the friends of documentary and cinema a week full of screenings and many other quality cultural events for young and old alike.

According to a press release, the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation in the Faneromeni area, in the old town of Nicosia, will host the big film festival, organised by the non-profit cultural organisation AEI Audiovisual Forum, with the support of the Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Culture.

It is noted that this year's event will screen 37 films from 14 countries, namely from Cyprus (12 Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot productions), Greece, Turkey, Spain, Ukraine, France, Italy, Chile, Israel, Romania, England and Bulgaria. It is noted that the Festival will be presented online at www.eventive.com and those who wish to volunteer in the organization can contact aei.filmfestival@cytanet.com.cy.
