ANKARA: Turkish Chief of General Staff Gen. Metin Gurak met with Hungarian Defense Minister Kristof Szalay-Bobrovniczky and Chief of General Staff Gabor Borondi during an official visit to Hungary, according to the Turkish Armed Forces on Friday. Gurak was welcomed with a military ceremony by Borondi at Budapest's Heroes Square, said the military on X. Gurak laid a wreath at the monument and observed a minute of silence. Following the ceremony, he held official meetings with Szalay-Bobrovniczky and Borondi.
