7.3-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Off Vanuatu in South Pacific

Vanuatu: A strong earthquake measuring 7.3 struck off the South Pacific nation of Vanuatu on Monday, the US Geological Survey (USGS) reported. The tremor occurred at around 0844 GMT, northeast of Luganville, the country's second-largest city.

According to Anadolu Agency, the earthquake was recorded at a depth of approximately 72 miles. There were no immediate reports of damage at the time of publication.
