ISTANBUL: Wholesale trade sales in the US increased by 0.4% in May, compared to the previous month, according to Commerce Department figures released Wednesday. Wholesale trade sales, also known as the total sales of merchant wholesalers except manufacturers' sales branches and offices, stood at $666.7 billion. The figure in April was slightly revised from the preliminary estimate of a 0.1% gain to a 0.2% increase, said the Commerce Department.
