Turkish Stock Exchange Opens With Slight Decline.

Ankara: Trkiye's benchmark stock index, BIST 100, opened Tuesday at 9,253.94 points, marking a slight decrease of 0.25% or 22.8 points from the previous close. According to Anadolu Agency, on Monday, the BIST 100 index had seen an increase of 1%, closing at 9,276.78 points, accompanied by a daily transaction volume of 96 billion Turkish liras, equivalent to approximately $2.79 billion. As of 10.15 a.m. (0715GMT), exchange rates were recorded at 34.3290 for the US dollar against the Turkish lira, 36.5750 for the euro, and 44.0940 for the British pound. Additionally, the price of one ounce of gold was $2,606.20, while Brent crude oil traded at $71.70 per barrel.
