Ankara: Trkiye's domestically produced missiles, developed by Ankara-based defense company Roketsan, play a crucial role in ensuring the country's national security through a variety of prominent air and naval systems. The Bora tactical ballistic missile, developed using Tayfun as a base, also boasts a range of 280 kilometers, providing effective firepower against strategic targets such as artillery, air defense systems, radar command and control positions, and communication systems. The TRG-300 guided missile can target distant threats within five minutes, with a range between 20 to 120 kilometers, while the TRG-230 offers a slightly reduced range but stands out with its cost-effectiveness and optional laser seeker heads. The TRG-122 missile, with a range of up to 28 kilometers, minimizes civilian casualties due to its high precision. Similarly, the TRLG-122 laser-guided missile can pinpoint targets with a range of up to 30 kilometers. The CNRA multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) can hit targets up to 280 kilometers away with high accuracy, targeting air defense systems, radar sites, command and control systems, logistics facilities, and more. The TR-107 and TR-122 artillery rockets can continuously fire regardless of the time of day, neutralizing various targets. They can be launched from a wide range of MLRSs for operational flexibility and rapid deployment.
