His work, titled "Empire State in the Mist," captured the building enveloped in fog, earning him both the Grand Prize and First Place in the Video Category.

According to Anadolu Agency, the competition focused on digital content that beautifully showcased the Empire State Building, an architectural marvel that soars to a height of 443.2 meters (1,454 feet) including its antenna. This 102-story skyscraper continues to be one of New York's most recognizable structures, and Elibol's footage skillfully highlights its grandeur amidst the mist.
