Beijing: The China National Space Administration (CNSA) has unveiled stunning photographs of the moon and Earth, captured by the Tianwen-2 spacecraft from a staggering distance of 590,000 kilometers (366,609 miles). These images were shared on Tuesday, showcasing the spacecraft's capabilities as it orbits far from Earth.

According to Anadolu Agency, the Tianwen-2 probe, which has been in its orbit for more than 33 days, is currently positioned 12 million kilometers away from our planet. The remarkable images of the moon and Earth were taken on May 30 and underwent processing after being transmitted back to the CNSA.

The successful deployment of the Tianwen-2 spacecraft took place on May 29, marking another milestone in China's ambitious interstellar exploration endeavors. The Tianwen series, named after the phrase "heavenly questions" or "questions to heaven," is part of CNSA's broader mission to explore the solar system through robotic missions.
