Hebron: The Israeli army has detained at least 35 Palestinians, including children, in a series of military raids across the occupied West Bank. These operations targeted several cities, including Nablus, Salfit, Qalqilya, Jenin, Tulkarem, Hebron, and Bethlehem, as reported by prisoners' affairs groups.

According to Anadolu Agency, the Commission of Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner Society issued a joint statement highlighting that the detainees comprised children and former prisoners. Since October 2023, the Israeli army has detained over 18,000 Palestinians in the West Bank, based on Palestinian figures, excluding those arrested in Gaza during the same period.

Rights groups estimate that around 10,800 Palestinians are currently held by Israel, including 50 women, 450 children, and 3,629 individuals held under administrative detention without trial or charge. In another incident, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that 12 Palestinians were injured and two arrested following a raid on a Hebron factory by Israeli forces. The organization confirmed that 12 workers were hospitalized after being beaten by soldiers in the Al-Fahs industrial area.

Witnesses reported that Israeli forces stormed the factory, assaulted the workers, and detained two individuals before withdrawing. Since the onset of Israel's conflict in the Gaza Strip, at least 998 Palestinians have been killed and over 7,000 injured in the West Bank by Israeli forces and illegal settlers, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.

In a significant ruling last July, the International Court of Justice deemed Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories illegal, calling for the evacuation of all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
