According to Anadolu Agency, Erdogan's comments were made shortly after Turkish parliament speaker Numan Kurtulmus initiated an extraordinary session to address Israel's actions in Gaza. The session, focused on discussing issues such as attacks, genocide, oppression, and starvation policies, was convened under Article 93 of the Constitution and Article 7 of the Parliament's Rules of Procedure. This move highlights Turkey's ongoing concern and diplomatic efforts regarding the situation in Gaza.
