Gaza: At least 67,183 Palestinians have been killed in Israel's genocidal war on the Gaza Strip since October 2023, the Health Ministry said on Wednesday.

According to Anadolu Agency, a ministry statement reported that 10 bodies were brought to hospitals in the last 24 hours, while 61 people were injured, taking the number of injuries to 169,841 in the Israeli onslaught. The statement further highlighted that many victims remain trapped under rubble and on roads due to rescuers being unable to reach them.

The ministry also noted that 11 individuals were injured by Israeli army fire while attempting to obtain humanitarian aid in the last 24 hours. This incident brings the total number of Palestinians killed while seeking aid to 2,613, with over 19,164 others wounded since May 27.

The Israeli army resumed its attacks on the Gaza Strip on March 18, resulting in the death of 13,588 people and injuries to 57,800 others. These actions shattered a ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement that had been in place since January.

Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Additionally, Israel is facing a genocide case at the International Court of Justice regarding its actions in the enclave.
