Tuzla: A fire that erupted at a nursing home on Tuesday evening in northeastern Bosnia-Herzegovina resulted in the deaths of 11 people, as reported by local media on Wednesday. The deadly blaze broke out on the seventh floor of a retirement facility in Tuzla city, causing several injuries among residents and first responders.

According to Anadolu Agency, the fire led to injuries among police officers, firefighters, and medical workers who were present at the scene. Firefighters successfully contained the blaze after several hours of intervention. An investigation into the causes of the incident is currently underway.
