Ramallah: Three Palestinians were injured and four others were detained by Israeli forces during military operations in the occupied West Bank, according to medics and witnesses.

According to Anadolu Agency, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its teams provided medical assistance to two Palestinians who were wounded in Al-Jalazone refugee camp, located north of Ramallah in the central West Bank. Witnesses noted that Israeli forces entered the camp, positioning themselves among residential areas and deploying live ammunition and tear gas canisters.

The Red Crescent also reported that a third Palestinian sustained a leg injury from Israeli fire near a separation wall in Al-Ram, a town northeast of Jerusalem. Meanwhile, in Beit Furik, a town east of Nablus in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces arrested four Palestinians following confrontations with illegal settlers. The settlers had reportedly stormed the Beit Furik plain and attempted to attack local farmers.

Israeli forces and settlers have been responsible for the deaths of at least 1,097 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, as well as injuring nearly 11,000 and detaining around 21,000 since October 2023, based on Palestinian figures. The International Court of Justice, in a significant decision last July, deemed Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories illegal and urged for the evacuation of all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
