Ankara: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Friday engaged in a series of phone conversations with his Egyptian, Saudi, and Jordanian counterparts, namely Badr Abdelatty, Faisal bin Farhan, and Ayman Safadi, to discuss pressing issues concerning Gaza and Somalia.

According to Anadolu Agency, the discussions were centered around the recent developments in Somalia and the unfolding situation in Gaza. These talks are part of ongoing diplomatic efforts to address regional conflicts and foster cooperation among involved nations.

Additionally, Fidan extended his diplomatic outreach by conversing with Massad Boulos, the US' senior advisor for Africa, further emphasizing Turkey's active role in addressing the challenges facing Somalia. The conversations highlight Turkey's commitment to engaging with both regional and international stakeholders to find solutions to complex geopolitical issues.
