Ankara: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan engaged in extensive diplomatic efforts throughout 2025, holding 241 meetings with counterparts from 89 countries, as reported by Foreign Ministry figures. This extensive engagement highlights Fidan's active role in international diplomacy over the past year.

According to Anadolu Agency, a video shared on the ministry's Nsosyal account showcased Fidan's yearlong diplomatic activities. The Turkish foreign minister embarked on 73 overseas visits, reaching 50 different countries. Notably, 22 of these trips were in the company of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Fidan also facilitated 22 multilateral meetings and participated in a total of 31 such gatherings, with 10 of these alongside President Erdogan. In a testament to Turkey's active diplomatic outreach, the country hosted foreign ministers from 96 different nations as part of both bilateral visits and multilateral events.
