Riyadh: Saudi Arabia's Royal Court announced that King Salman bin Abdulaziz underwent medical tests at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in the capital city on Friday.

According to Anadolu Agency, the Royal Court released a statement via the Saudi Press Agency, confirming that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was undergoing these medical tests as part of routine procedures. The statement assured that the test results were satisfactory.

Later, King Salman was reported to have left the hospital after completing the necessary examinations. The Royal Court emphasized that these tests are part of the regular medical assessments the king undergoes periodically.
