Ankara: The first Turkish aircraft arrived at Wunstorf Air Base in Germany as part of NATO's largest military exercise of the year, Steadfast Dart-26.

According to Anadolu Agency, this marks a significant move in the collaborative efforts of the alliance, aiming to enhance readiness and collective defense.

The alliance emphasized the importance of the exercise with a statement shared on US social media platform X, highlighting the collaborative efforts of allies training together. The Turkish Armed Forces are participating in Steadfast Dart-26 from February 8 to February 20, deploying approximately 2,000 personnel that include both land and naval elements to the exercise.
