Baghdad: Two drones targeted the US Victoria base near Baghdad International Airport on Monday, according to the Iraqi private satellite television channels Al-Sumaria and Al-Rasheed, citing security sources. One drone fell inside the special operations area, while another was intercepted by US air defenses at the base, the reports said.

According to Anadolu Agency, a security source told Al-Rasheed that the logistics support center inside Victoria base was among the targets. No further details were immediately available.
