Kuwait city: Kuwait's Health Ministry announced that 19 injured individuals have been admitted to Al-Jahra and Al-Adan hospitals following the escalation of regional tensions due to a US-Israeli attack on Iran. Ministry spokesman Abdullah Al-Sanad stated that the injuries varied in severity, although most patients are currently stable.

According to Anadolu Agency, Al-Sanad mentioned that the ministry has resumed outpatient clinic services throughout health facilities, ensuring the continued dispensing of medications at hospitals and medical centers as per scheduled appointments. He encouraged patients with nonurgent conditions to prioritize visiting primary health care centers to alleviate the strain on hospitals, allowing emergency departments to concentrate on critical cases.

Al-Sanad emphasized that the ministry is actively implementing operational and precautionary plans to maintain uninterrupted services and protect public health. The recent US-Israeli assault on Iran resulted in the deaths of several top Iranian leaders, including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

In retaliation, Tehran has conducted drone and missile strikes targeting Israel and other regional nations that host US assets.
