Saudi arabia: Saudi Arabia's Cabinet stated late Tuesday that the kingdom will take all necessary measures to defend its security and safeguard its territory, citizens, and residents as regional tensions escalate amid US-Israeli attacks on Iran and Tehran's retaliatory strikes. The announcement comes as concerns grow over the stability of the region.

According to Anadolu Agency, the Cabinet held a virtual session chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to review the latest developments and their impact on regional and international security. The meeting focused on assessing the situation and determining the kingdom's approach to maintaining its security in light of the ongoing conflict.

The Cabinet also examined recent diplomatic contacts concerning the crisis, expressing appreciation for statements by leaders of friendly countries. These countries have condemned what Saudi Arabia describes as Iranian attacks on its territory and other Gulf Cooperation Council states and Jordan.

In a show of solidarity, the Cabinet reaffirmed the kingdom's commitment to supporting affected countries. It pledged to mobilize all necessary capabilities to aid their response efforts, signaling Saudi Arabia's readiness to collaborate with its allies in the region to address the security challenges posed by the escalating tensions.
