Dubai: Two drones fell near Dubai International Airport (DXB) on Wednesday, injuring four people, the Dubai Media Office reported. The incident caused minor injuries to two Ghanaian nationals and one Bangladeshi national, while an Indian national sustained moderate injuries.

According to Anadolu Agency, air traffic at Dubai International Airport continues to operate as normal despite the incident. The situation occurs amidst a regional escalation following a joint attack by Israel and the US on Iran, which resulted in the death of more than 1,200 people, including then-Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Iran responded to the assault with a series of drone and missile strikes targeting Israel, Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf countries that host US military assets.
