Islamabad: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will travel to Pakistan on Sunday to attend meetings aimed at discussing regional developments.
According to Anadolu Agency, a Turkish Foreign Ministry statement revealed that Fidan will visit the capital Islamabad to participate in two days of meetings focused on regional issues. This visit comes as the US-Israeli war on Iran hits the one-month mark, highlighting the urgency and importance of these discussions.
Both Turkey and Pakistan have been actively working to end the conflict, with both countries also mentioned as possible venues for direct talks between Iran and the US towards a peaceful settlement. The meetings in Islamabad are expected to further these efforts and explore pathways to de-escalate tensions in the region.
