Gaza: Israeli attacks have killed three more Palestinians in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll since October 2023 to 72,991, Gaza’s Health Ministry said on Wednesday. The ministry noted that five other people were injured by Israeli fire.

According to Anadolu Agency, the casualties occurred as the Israeli army continued its daily attacks despite a ceasefire agreement that has been in place since October 2025. The truce violations have resulted in the deaths of 981 people and injuries to 3,104 others, as reported by the ministry.

The ceasefire agreement was reached after a two-year period of intense conflict, during which Israel’s military actions severely impacted Gaza, destroying around 90% of the strip’s civilian infrastructure.
