Ankara: A closing session was held in Ankara as part of the NATO Summit Dialogues event organized by the Turkish Atlantic Council and Hariciye Foreign Policy and Security Research Center. The program, hosted by the Turkish Industry and Business Association, concluded with remarks by Francisco Nobre, president of the Youth Atlantic Treaty Association (YATA), and Emir Abbas Gurbuz, secretary-general of ATA Trkiye.

According to Anadolu Agency, Nobre stated that YATA has been working for 30 years to connect civil society with individuals involved in security and defense issues, while also reaching out to broader segments of society. Nobre emphasized that YATA's mission is centered on three main goals: educating, empowering, and integrating young people.

Nobre highlighted that young people should not only be passive recipients of information but should become active contributors to policy and decision-making processes. He stressed the importance of civil society engagement and expressed gratitude to the institutions that helped prepare the event.

Gurbuz provided participants with insights into the preparation and organization of the program, extending his thanks to all stakeholders and partner organizations that supported the event.
