Gaza: Gaza's Health Ministry reported on Monday that two additional Palestinians have been killed in the past 24 hours, raising the death toll from what it labels as Israel's genocide over the past nearly three years to 73,786.

According to Anadolu Agency, the ministry's daily statistical report indicated that hospitals in the Gaza enclave received two new bodies and 25 injured individuals over the last day. The ministry did not offer specifics on the circumstances surrounding these deaths and injuries. The report highlighted ongoing violations by the Israeli army of a ceasefire agreement that has been in place since October 10, 2025.

Since the ceasefire was violated on October 11, 2025, Israeli actions have resulted in the deaths of 1,372 Palestinians and have injured 4,659 others, the ministry's statement noted.

The cumulative death toll from the conflict, which began on October 8, 2023, now stands at 73,786, with 174,771 people reported injured, according to the ministry's data. In addition to the human toll, Israel's actions have led to the destruction of approximately 90% of Gaza's civilian infrastructure. The United Nations has estimated that the cost of reconstruction for the region will be around $70 billion.
