Damascus: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a trilateral meeting with Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani and Interior Minister Anas Khattab on Sunday. The meeting took place in the Syrian capital, Damascus, as part of ongoing diplomatic engagements between the two nations.

According to Anadolu Agency, the Turkish Foreign Ministry announced the meeting through a post on the Turkish social media platform NSosyal. The discussions are part of broader efforts to address bilateral issues and strengthen relations between Turkey and Syria.

Earlier in the day, Fidan was received by Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa, highlighting the significance of his visit and the importance of the diplomatic dialogue between the neighboring countries.
