San sebasti¡n: Atletico Madrid scored three late goals to beat Real Sociedad 3-0 away on Sunday and claim their third La Liga victory of the season.

According to Anadolu Agency, the match remained goalless until the closing stages when Atletico were awarded a penalty for a handball by Real Sociedad's Job Ochieng inside the area. Alejandro Grimaldo converted the spot kick in the 84th minute to break the deadlock and score his first goal for Atletico.

Jonathan David doubled the visitors' advantage shortly afterward, finishing with his left foot from inside the penalty area for his first Atletico goal. Atletico added a third deep into stoppage time as Giuliano Simeone finished off a fast break in the 95th minute to complete the 3-0 victory.

The win moved Atletico Madrid to 10 points from five La Liga matches, with three victories, one draw, and one defeat, while Real Sociedad remained on seven points.
