Boston:Massachusetts: US country music star Zach Bryan showed support for Palestine at a concert in the state by taking the stage in a T-shirt bearing the words "Free Palestine," according to footage and images shared from the venue.

According to Anadolu Agency, Bryan wore the black shirt during his performance on Friday at Gillette Stadium near Boston. Some members of his band also appeared on stage wearing clothing that displayed messages or symbols in support of Palestine.

The appearance drew attention as it followed weeks after rapper Macklemore's controversial removal from Ed Sheeran's US tour due to his onstage remarks in support of Palestine. Several supporting acts subsequently withdrew from Sheeran's tour.

Bryan, 30, is a Grammy-winning singer-songwriter known for songs including "Something in the Orange" and "I Remember Everything."
