Israeli Attacks Injure Eight Palestinians in West Bank

Ankara:Eight Palestinians were injured late Monday during incidents involving Israeli occupiers and the Israeli army throughout the occupied West Bank.

According to Anadolu Agency, three individuals sustained injuries when Israeli occupiers targeted the Bedouin community of Maazi Jaba, northeast of Jerusalem. The attackers assaulted residents, including women and children, damaged vehicles, and set fire to several homes and livestock sheds.

In Qalqilya's Immatin village, four Palestinians suffered bruises after being attacked with sticks and stones by Israeli occupiers, as reported by the official Palestinian news agency Wafa. Additionally, a 50-year-old Palestinian man was injured after being beaten by Israeli soldiers in Usarin village, south of Nablus, according to the Palestine Red Crescent Society. Israeli forces subsequently raided the village, deploying stun grenades and tear gas.

In another incident near Jenin, Israeli occupiers stole olives from Palestinian farmland close to the town of Ajja and damaged tree branches, Wafa reported.

The Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission has documented over 14,742 attacks by Israeli occupiers across the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, since October 2023, resulting in the deaths of 66 Palestinians.
