Accra:Sudan-Egypt Border Dozens of artisanal miners have been reported killed or injured following an airstrike in the border Triangle area between Sudan and Egypt.

According to Anadolu Agency, the Sudan Doctors Network cited preliminary reports indicating significant casualties among mining workers due to the aerial bombardment.

The medical group expressed "deep concern" over the incident in a statement posted on social media, noting the impact on the miners. Further details about the airstrike and its aftermath have yet to be disclosed.
