A post on X by Cyprus Minister of Foreign Affairs says that Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos spoke with Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs Senator Penny Wong. "Senator Wong thanked Minister Kombos for Cyprus' vital role in aiding, through the Estia National Plan, the Australian Government's assisted flights that safely brought Australian citizens and their families from Lebanon to Cyprus," the post says.
