ISTANBUL: Brazil's consumer inflation picked up pace in September on both annual and monthly bases, according to figures released Wednesday by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). Consumer inflation rose 4.42% in September year-on-year, accelerating from a 4.24% annual gain in August.
