Beijing: China and Germany are set to engage in the fourth China-Germany High-Level Financial Dialogue next week in Beijing, as announced by the Chinese Foreign Ministry. Leading the discussions will be Vice Premier of the State Council He Lifeng for China, with Federal Minister of Finance Lars Klingbeil representing Germany.

According to Anadolu Agency, the upcoming dialogue is a continuation of diplomatic efforts following discussions earlier this month between Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul. The meeting is particularly significant as Wadephul had postponed a previous trip to China after Beijing did not confirm meetings beyond a planned session with Wang.
