Beijing: China's foreign minister is set to visit Russia for the 20th round of China-Russia strategic security consultation, scheduled for December 1-2, as announced by a ministry spokesperson on Friday. According to Anadolu Agency, the strategic security consultation mechanism facilitates regular exchanges between China and Russia on "major issues of mutual interest that have strategic and overarching significance," as stated by Mao Ning at a press conference in Beijing.
