The Director General of the Cyprus Sports Organization (CSO), Mary Charalambous Papamiltiades, participates in UNESCO’s 7th International Conference of Ministers and Senior Officials for Physical Education and Sport (MINEPS VII), which takes place in Baku, Azerbaijan, representing the President of the organization Andreas Michaelides, According to a CSO press release, the Conference takes place between 26 and 29 June, and the focus of the discussions will be on the “Fit for Life Alliance” initiative. Among the topics to be discussed will also be gender equality in sport, investment in sport, protecting the integrity of sport and the well-being of participants.
