The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus informed on Friday all diplomatic missions and international organisations accredited to the Republic of Cyprus that in view of the current situation in the region, the Special National Plan ESTIA has been activated for the reception and repatriation, through the territory of the Republic, of foreign citizens from the crisis area. According to the note verbale sent to the missions on 9 August, any related to the National Plan ESTIA requests (i.e. overflights, landings, dockings) can be directed to the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
