President, Nikos Christodoulides travelled to Crete Monday to attend a political memorial service for great composer Mikis Theodorakis. According to an announcement by the Presidency, after his arrival in Heraklion, President Christodoulides will visit the Reserve Infantry Officers School, where he will meet with Cypriot officer cadets. He will then lay a wreath at the monument of EOKA hero Gregoris Afxentiou. Late this afternoon, the President will travel to Chania, where he will attend the political memorial service of Mikis Theodorakis, organized by the Region of Crete and the Municipality of Chania.
