Cyprus' Minister of Foreign Affairs Constantinos Kombos travels to Brussels on Wednesday where he will attend on Thursday the informal meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council. Ministers will have an informal working lunch, in the presence of Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
