India Tests 2 Short-Range Ballistic Missiles Successfully

New delhi: India on Thursday successfully tested two short-range ballistic missiles, according to an official statement. The Defense Ministry confirmed the test-firing of the Prithvi-II and Agni-1 missiles, which took place at the integrated test range in the Chandipur area of eastern Odisha state.

According to Anadolu Agency, the test launches were conducted under the aegis of the Strategic Forces Command. The Defense Ministry stated that "all operational and technical parameters have been validated," indicating the success of the missile tests. These tests are part of India's ongoing efforts to enhance its strategic defense capabilities.
