Tehran: Brig. Gen. Hassan Zadeh, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' Mohammad Rasulullah Corps in Tehran, stated that the United States and Israel have "completely failed" to achieve their strategic objectives against Iran, as reported by the Tasnim News Agency.

According to Anadolu Agency, Zadeh emphasized that Iran's "popular strength and comprehensive readiness of the Basij" have positioned the country as a major power both in the region and globally. His remarks came during a visit to upgraded air defense battalions of the 27th Mohammad Rasulullah Division, where he assessed their operational readiness.

Zadeh further asserted that the leaders of the US and Israel are now facing scrutiny from public opinion, their elites, and their own citizens due to their repeated failures in confronting Iran. He highlighted that only a fraction of the capabilities and readiness of the 27th Mohammad Rasulullah Division has been showcased thus far.
