Tel aviv: Debris from an intercepted Iranian missile hit multiple locations in central Israel on Monday as fighting between Iran, Israel, and the US continued to rage across the region, Israeli media reported. Fragments fell in the cities of Shoham, Rishon LeZion, Lod, and Ness Ziona near Tel Aviv, according to Israeli Channel 12. Fortunately, no injuries or damage were reported.

According to Anadolu Agency, the ongoing regional escalation followed joint attacks by Israel and the US on Iran on February 28, which have resulted in approximately 1,300 casualties, including the then-Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Tehran has responded with a series of drone and missile strikes aimed not only at Israel but also at Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf countries, asserting that these actions are directed at 'US military assets.'
