Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi held talks with Pakistan's Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi in Tehran on Tuesday amid mediation efforts to end the ongoing conflict between Iran and the US.

According to Anadolu Agency, the two ministers discussed key diplomatic and bilateral issues, but no further details were provided. The discussion highlights the continued diplomatic engagement between Iran and Pakistan at a time of heightened tensions between Iran and the US.

The official IRNA news agency noted that Naqvi's visit to Tehran aimed at discussing bilateral ties and issues of mutual interest with Iranian officials. This diplomatic engagement follows a recent visit by Iranian Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni to Islamabad, which also focused on strengthening ties and addressing mutual concerns.
