Istanbul: The leader of the Iraqi Sovereignty Alliance met with the Turkish foreign minister on Sunday in Trkiye. Khamis al-Khanjar met with Hakan Fidan in Istanbul, according to a statement issued by the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
