Jerusalem: The Israeli army announced on Monday that it is persisting with its military operations targeting infrastructure in western Iran. The strikes are part of an ongoing military campaign in the region.

According to Anadolu Agency, a statement from military spokesman Avichay Adraee confirmed that Israeli fighter jets conducted attacks specifically on military targets located in Kermanshah. This operation follows reports from Iranian media of a significant explosion in the area late on Sunday.

These events are the newest developments in a US-supported Israeli military offensive against Iran that began on June 13. The escalation has led Tehran to respond with counterattacks targeting Israel. Israeli officials have reported that Iran's missile attacks have resulted in at least 25 fatalities and hundreds of injuries.

Conversely, Iran's Health Ministry has reported that Israeli assaults have led to the deaths of at least 430 individuals and injuries to over 3,500 people within Iran.
