Israel Launches Wave of Strikes on Missile Sites in Western Iran

TEL AVIV: The Israeli military announced on Sunday the commencement of a series of airstrikes aimed at missile sites located in western Iran.

According to Anadolu Agency, the Israeli Air Force initiated the strikes against multiple surface-to-surface missile targets in the region. The coordinated airstrikes, which began on Friday, targeted several sites across Iran, including military and nuclear facilities. In response, Tehran launched retaliatory strikes within hours, and the exchanges have persisted, affecting gas and oil infrastructure as well.

Israeli officials reported that at least 13 individuals were killed and over 370 others were injured due to the Iranian missile attacks. On the other side, Iranian authorities claimed that 128 people lost their lives and 900 others were wounded as a result of the ongoing Israeli attacks since Friday.
