A meeting of Israel's security cabinet scheduled for Friday has been postponed to Saturday, Israeli media reported. Instead, a 'limited security discussion' will be held on Friday, a reporter for the Israeli newspaper Maariv said on the US social media platform X. The discussions come amid Israel's ongoing attacks on Iran and Lebanon.

According to Anadolu Agency, Israeli media stated that the Security Cabinet had been expected to receive updated security briefings on the military campaigns. The postponement comes at a time when tensions in the region are escalating, with military actions continuing to draw international attention.

On Friday, Israeli strikes killed at least four people and injured others across Lebanon, according to Lebanon's National News Agency. The ongoing conflict has resulted in significant casualties and infrastructure damage in the region.
