Arabsalim: A young Lebanese woman, who had been married just two days earlier, lost her life Thursday in an Israeli airstrike in the southern town of Arabsalim, as reported by Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA). The strike targeted the home of Saja Moussa Sharara in the Iqlim al-Tuffah district, resulting in her immediate death and injuring several others.
According to Anadolu Agency, Sharara had celebrated her wedding only 48 hours prior to the tragic incident. Shortly after the initial strike, Israeli warplanes conducted a second attack on the same village, leading to further injuries among local residents, as reported by NNA.
Since early March, Israel has been conducting extensive attacks on southern Lebanon, citing its objective as targeting Hezbollah. In response, Hezbollah has engaged in attacks against Israeli forces that continue to occupy Lebanese territory.
