Israeli Army Launches New Airstrikes on Iranian Capital

Tehran: The Israeli army launched renewed attacks on the Iranian capital Tehran on Wednesday, local media said. Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper carried the news, without giving details about the targets struck.

According to Anadolu Agency, regional tensions have escalated since Friday, when Israel launched airstrikes on multiple sites across Iran, including military and nuclear facilities, prompting Tehran to launch retaliatory strikes. Israeli authorities reported that at least 24 people have been killed and hundreds injured in Iranian missile attacks since the initial airstrikes.

Meanwhile, in Iran, 585 people have been killed and more than 1,300 wounded in the Israeli assault, according to Iranian media reports. The ongoing conflict has heightened concerns in the region, with both nations experiencing significant casualties.
