Gaza: Four Palestinians, including the son of Gaza Health Ministry Director-General Munir al-Bursh, were killed by Israeli army fire in the enclave on Saturday, as Tel Aviv continues its violations of a truce in place since October 2025, medical sources said.

According to Anadolu Agency, Basir al-Bursh was killed in a strike targeting him in the al-Zahra neighborhood west of the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza. Another Palestinian fell victim to an Israeli drone strike in the Shujaiya neighborhood east of Gaza City. Additionally, a Palestinian girl succumbed to wounds she sustained earlier from Israeli army fire north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.

A further incident saw another Palestinian killed and seven others injured after an Israeli drone struck a civilian vehicle in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in northern Gaza City. The attack injured two girls, one of whom was seriously hurt. Meanwhile, in intermittent incidents, Israeli military vehicles opened fire east of the Jabalia refugee camp, though no injuries were reported.

Further south, Israeli army forces fired in the al-Shakoush area southwest of Khan Younis, while drones dropped bombs. Witnesses reported that Israeli helicopters opened heavy fire south of the al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis and in adjacent areas of Rafah.

According to the latest figures from Gaza's Health Ministry, Israeli violations of the Oct. 10, 2025 ceasefire agreement have resulted in nearly 1,400 Palestinian deaths and over 4,800 injuries. Since October 2023, the Israeli army has been responsible for the deaths of nearly 74,000 Palestinians and injuries to over 174,000, contributing to the destruction of approximately 90% of Gaza's civilian infrastructure.
