Al-mughayyir: Israeli army forces withdrew from the Palestinian town of Al-Mughayyir, east of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, after a three-day military assault. Witnesses reported significant destruction left in the raid's wake.

According to Anadolu Agency, despite their withdrawal, Israeli military vehicles and bulldozers remained stationed nearby. The offensive, which began on Thursday, was described by local residents as 'revenge-driven.' During the operation, dozens of Palestinians were arrested, including local councilor Amin Abu Alia, and hundreds of olive trees were uprooted.

The Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission reported that Israeli authorities issued a military order to remove trees across 297 dunams of Al-Mughayyir's land, citing security reasons to facilitate illegal settlement expansion. Meanwhile, illegal Israeli settlers conducted a series of attacks on Palestinians and their property across the occupied West Bank.

The Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights stated that settler violence was reported in Hebron, Jericho, Ramallah, and Nablus. Palestinian figures indicate that in July alone, settlers carried out 466 attacks in the West Bank, resulting in the deaths of four Palestinians, the forced displacement of two Bedouin communities, and attempts to establish 15 new outposts.

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, at least 1,014 Palestinians have been killed and more than 7,000 injured in the West Bank by Israeli forces and settlers since October 2023. Last July, the International Court of Justice issued a landmark opinion declaring Israel's occupation of Palestinian territory illegal, demanding the evacuation of all settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
